  1. Eligibility for Returns

Buyers can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product delivered does not match the description provided on the platform.
  • The product is expired or unfit for use (for biofuels, lubricants, etc.).
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Perishable or time-sensitive products (e.g., biomass materials, fuel stocks).
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

  1. Initiate a Request – Log in to your GreenioMart account and go to My Orders to submit a return request.
  2. Provide Evidence – Upload images/videos of the product showing the defect or issue.
  3. Seller Review – The seller will review the request and approve/reject it within 3 business days.
  4. Product Pickup – If approved, a pickup will be scheduled, or the buyer may be required to ship the item back.
  5. Return Confirmation – Upon successful verification, the refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds are issued based on the following criteria:

  • Refund Mode – Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Processing Time – Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds – In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the product is used or damaged by the buyer.

Refund Exceptions

  • Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to seller error.
